Ingredients for making Mango Kheer:


  1. Milk 2 liters
  2. Pulao rice or basmati rice can also be taken 1 cup = 100 grams (gobind bhog rice)

  6. Bay leaf 2 pieces
  7. Mango puree 1 cup

  9. Cream 200g
  10. Almonds and pistachios finely chopped for garnishing


Method of preparation of Mango Kheer:



  • To make mango rice kheer, first let the milk heat up in a pan. When the milk starts to boil then add 3 cardamom, 1 cinnamon, and bay leaf and mix it in the milk.


  • Now wash the rice well and put it in the milk and mix it well. And while constantly stirring the hands, mix the rice in the milk. When the milk starts to thicken, take the rice with a little spoon and see if the rice is cooked or not.


  • Now pour the sugar in milk and mix it continuously. Milk and rice should not be put in the pan. Turn down the heat.


  • Kheer is ready after 10 minutes. Now put the cream and mix it slowly, otherwise the kheer can break. And let it boil for 10 more minutes on low heat.


  • Now tie the gas and let the kheer cool down. After the kheer cools down, put mango puree in the kheer. And mix gently while stirring with a spoon. If the rice pudding is cold or not, then by adding mango puree to the hot pudding, it can burst.


  • Do not make kheer more thick. If you want, you can add cashews and kisses in kheer. Now mango pudding is ready, very nice and very colorful. Now cool and keep it in the freezer. And do a cold cold survey, this delicious mango pudding.
