  1. 1 piece of boiled pot grated
  2. Grated carrot 1/2 cup
  3. Grated cabbage 1/2 cup
  4. Grated paneer 1/2 cup
  5. Finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
  6. Finely chopped beans 1/2 cup
  7. Finely chopped coriander 1/2 cup
  8. Boiled corn 1/2 cup
  9. Boiled green peas 1/2 cup
  10. Finely chopped onion 1/2 cup (1 piece)
  11. Corn Flour 3 Tablespoons
  12. Bread crumb 1 cup
  13. Flour 1/2 cup
  14. Ginger and Garlic Paste 1/2 Tablespoons
  15. Salt 1 teaspoon
  16. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  17. Coriander Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
  18. Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  19. Chile Flex 1/2 Tablespoon
  20. Oil to fry 400 g
  21. Amchoor Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
  22. Chana Masala 1/2 Tablespoon
  23. To serve tomato ketchup 1/2 cup

 How to make veg lollipop recipe

To make veg lollipop recipe, mix all the vegetables together. Take a bigger vessel, then put one vegetable after one.

Now boiled potatoes grated 1/2 cup, grated carrots 1/2 cup, grated cabbage 1/2 cup, grated paneer 1/2 cup, finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cup, finely chopped beans 1/2 cup , Finely chopped coriander 1/2 cups, boiled corn 1/2 cup (if you want, then add corn to the grind), boiled green peas 1/2 cup, finely chopped onion 1/2 cup (1 piece ), Ginger and Garlic Paste 1/2 Tablespoons, Corn Flour 3 Tablespoons, Bread Crumb 4 Tables, Salt 1 Milk, red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon, coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon, black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon, amchoor powder 1/2 teaspoon, chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon, chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon whole vegetable and Mix the masala.

Now put the flour in a bowl and add some water and make a hail slurry. Put 1/2 cup bread crumbs in a plate and keep it.

Now shape the round round force with a little bit of mixture. Total 13 piece wedges are made of lollipops. Now put the wedge lollipop in the batter of flour and put it in bread crumbs. Now wrap the lollipop in the right bread crumbles and keep it on a plate. Put it in the fridge for 5 minutes, so that the slurry and bread crambs are wrapped in the lollypop.

Now heat the oil in a strict condition, when the oil starts to dry, then reduce the flame and add one veg lollipop after each. Add 4-5 lollipops together. Turn aside and come back slightly until you reach the golden color. Vege lollipops are made in maximum 3-4 minutes. Now the colors begin to look different and take them out in tissue paper.

Now one is ready with a toothpick in a lollipop, Veg Lollipop is ready. Now put a little Tomato Ketchup in a plate and keep the wedge lollipop on top of it.
