Method of making Paneer Masala Recipe

Necessary ingredients :
- Paneer – 250 grams (rectangles cut)
- Cashew nuts – 02 teaspoons (1 hour water soaked),
- Tomato-03 (Medium Size),
- Green Chillies – 2-3 no
- Ginger – 01 inch piece,
- Curd -1/2 cup (fresh),
- Onion – 01 (Finely chopped),
- Garlic – 6-7 buds (finely chopped),
- Coriander Powder – 01 teaspoons,
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon,
- Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 Tablespoon,
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon,
- Garam Masala powder – 1/4 teaspoon,
- Asafoetida(hing) – Pinch 01,
- Green Coriander leaves – 01 tbsp (finely chopped),
- Oil – 3-4 tablespoons,
- Salt – according to taste
Method of making Paneer Masala Recipe :
Paneer Masala Recipe , first make a paste by grinding cashew nuts. After this, grind tomatoes, green chilies and ginger. After that add the curd to this paste and put it in the mixer and grind it once more.
Now heat oil in the pan. When the oil is hot , add pieces of paneer in it and fry till golden brown. After frying cheese, add asafoetida and cumin seeds in the remaining ghee and fry them lightly. After this, put the chopped onions in the oil and fry until golden.
After roasting onion, add turmeric, coriander and red chili powder in the embroidery and run it. After that add cashew paste and fry for 2 minutes. After roasting cashew paste, add tomatoes and curd paste in the pan and fry until it leaves the oil.
Now add water and salt in the pan and cook on medium flame as needed to make the vegetable curry. When the curry starts to boil, add paneer pieces and garam masala in it, cook for 3-4 minutes while stirring. After that turn off the gas.
Take, the method of making paneer masala is complete. Now your delicious Paneer Masala is ready. Just put it in green coriander and garnish it and serve it with warm multigrain flour roti or paratha.
