Ingredients Required for Honey Chilli Potatoes
- Potatoes – 2 (finely sliced)
- Corn Flour or Maida – 3-4 tablespoons
- Salt – according to taste
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 Table Spoon
- Oil – for frying
- Garlic Paste – 1 Table Spoon
- Spring Onion – 2 (Cut)
- Soya sausage – 1/4 tablespoon
- Honey – 2 tablespoons
- Capsicum – 1 (chopped)
- And – 3 tablespoons
- Chili Sauce – 2 tablespoons
How to Make Honey Chilli Potatoes
- In a vessel, add corn flour or flour, salt and red chilli powder and mix it well. Add some oil to the mixture and mix it well.
- Now wash the potatoes and cut off the thin thin pieces. Add some water to the corn flour or flour mixture, mix it well and coat the potatoes with it.
- Heat the oil strictly and deep fry the potatoes until it becomes golden brown. Keep aside the potatoes and keep aside.
- Heat 1 table spoon oil in a pan (you can use remaining oil) and put garlic paste and spring onions in it and cook on a high flame for 1 minute.
- Now add chopped capsicum, honey, salt, soya sauce, chili sauce, cook it for at least 2-3 minutes and then put the frozen potatoes and white sesame seeds in it and mix it well and heat hot Honey Chilli Potatoes serve it.
