Fish Biryani Easy Recipes to Make
Necessary ingredients :
- Fish- 750gm,
- Basmati rice – 500 grams (baked for 30 minutes),
- Curd – 01 cup (throttled),
- Onion – 04 (Finely chopped),
- Green chilli-06 (finely chopped),
- Green Coriander leaf – 01 puddle (chopped),
- Lemon juice – 01 teaspoon,
- Ginger-garlic paste – 02 teaspoons,
- Oil_as needed
Method of making Fish Biryani:
For the Fish Biryani Recipe, first wash and clean the fish first. After that, take half a curd in a bowl and add lemon juice and garlic paste of garlic. Put the prepared mixture over the fish and wrap it well and keep it covered.
Now wash the soaked rice and take it out in a vessel. Add water and a little salt to it and cook it up to 75%.
Put a little oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add onion and fry until golden. After this, add tomatoes and remaining curd in the pan and cook for five minutes.
When the tomatoes become soft, put fish grind and green chillies in it, and fry the flame and cook it while running. When the fish is well synced, take off the pan from the gas and keep it aside.
Now take a pan and put it on a low flame on the gas. First of all, add one-third (1/3) cooked rice in the pan. Put half of the fish on it and half of the coriander leaves and spread it evenly. Then put one-third (1/3) rice layer on top of it.
Now add the remaining fish to the rice and put the remaining rice layer over it. Now cover the pan and cook it for about 15 minutes, then mix biryani thoroughly and mix it and close the gas.
