Method of making stuffed tomato

Necessary ingredients :
- Tomato – 7-8 Nos (Medium Size),
- Cheese – 100 grams,
- Potato – 02 N (boiled),
- Cashews – (according to the desire)
- Raisins – 01 tablespoons (if desired),
- Green chillies – 02 nos (finely chopped),
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon,
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon,
- Garam Masala – 1/4 teaspoon,
- Cumin – 1/4 teaspoon,
- Ginger paste- 01 teaspoons,
- Coriander Powder – 01 teaspoons,
- Asafoetida(hing) – Pinch 01,
- Oil – 2-3 tablespoons,
- Salt – according to taste
Method of making stuffed tomato:
Wash most tomatoes for stuffed tomato recipes and then dry them. As long as the tomatoes are drying, make small pieces of cashew nuts. Also peel the potatoes and cut them finely and break the paneer thoroughly.
After drying the water, cut it off with a knife on the side of the tomatoes and cut it apart. Also remove the tomato inside pulp with the help of knife. Put the extracted pulp in a bowl. After all the tomatoes are removed, put it in the mixer and grind it fine.
Now add 1 1/2 tbsp of oil to a frying pan and heat it. If the oil is hot, add cumin seeds. After roasting cumin, add asafoetida, ginger paste, chopped green chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix it. Simultaneously, add half the part of tomato pulp mix, red chilli powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Fry the mixture while running, until it leaves the oil.
On leaving the spices oil, add chopped potatoes, cashews, raisins, garam masala and stir fry in the mix. After this, add the paneer and chopped green coriander and mix it for 2 minutes. After that turn off the gas. Now your fillup is ready. When cooled, fill it well in the hollow tomatoes.
Now heat the frying pan with a heavy bottom plane surface. Put some oil in it and spread it all around. After that reduce the flame and keep the tomatoes stuffed properly in the embroidery. After this, spread a large spoon of oil over the tomatoes and cover the embroidery and cook for 3-4 minutes.
After 3 minutes, open the embroidery and turn the tomatoes carefully with the help of tongs. Then cover them and cook for 2 more minutes. After this, check the tomatoes, which are not cooked, lower it, then cook it once. In this way keep turning the tomatoes in every 2-2 minutes. They will be well cooked in 8-10 minutes.
