Ingredients to make Thandai:

 

  1. Sugar: 1/4 cup 50 grams
  2. Creamy milk 1 liter
  3. Almond Almond 50 Grams
  4. Cashew 50 grams
  5. Pistachio 50 grams
  6. Fennel 1 teaspoon
  7. Saffron 1/2 teaspoon
  8. White pepper 1 teaspoon
  9. Darchini 1 teaspoon
  10. Poppy 3 tablespoons
  11. Rose petals 1 teaspoon
  12. 1 bowl of ice
  13. Water 1 cup 100 grams

Method of preparation of Thandai:

 

  • First of all, soak pistachios, almonds, cashews, poppy seeds, fennel, black pepper, cinnamon, rose petals and soak for 20 minutes in a cup of water.
  • Now after 20 minutes, add 1/2 teaspoon saffron and sugar in it and put it on the mixer jar along with water.
  • Now mix it well for 1 minute.
  • Now Thandai masala is ready.

 

  • Now mix the spices in creamy milk and mix them. Now sieve the milk on a large vessel. Thandai is now ready.
