Method of making pea cheese

First, put oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame, when the oil is hot, add cumin, long, bay leaves, cardamom and fry until it starts to crackle. As soon as the spices crackle, add the onion paste and roast it for 1 minute.
Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute while stirring with a spoon. When the spices are cooked, add tomato puree as well as coriander powder, turmeric, chilli powder and fry it. It has to be cooked till the spices leave the oil.
