Keema samosas are made more and more in the hotel during the month of Ramadan. Keeme ke samose is very popular in cities and Kheme Samosas are made on the occasion of special Ramadan. Now you can also make Kheema Samosas at home, onions are used more in this samosas.

Essential Ingredients: Ingredients for Keema Samosa

Mutton 250 grams
4 large size onions (chopped)
Coriander Powder – 2 teaspoons
Garam Masala 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder one teaspoon
Oil 500 gms (for frying)
Samosa bar
Coriander little bit
Turmeric Powder One Teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Method of making Samosa

To make Keema Samosas , first wash the mutton Kimi. Now add mutton mince and a glass of water in a pot or cooker and boil for 10 minutes.
Now heat oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, add chopped onion and fry it for 2 minutes. Now add turmeric and chilli powder and fry for 1 minute.

Now add mutton mince and cook for 2 minutes, mixing with a spoon. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and green coriander and cook by mixing it for 2 minutes.
Keeme ke samose has become a spice. Now fold the samosa strip, fill one tablespoon of staffing and seal it with a paste of all purpose flour.
In the same way, make all the samosas and put oil in the pan and heat it, when the oil is hot then fry the samosas in the oil. When the color of Keeme ke samose changes, then take out the samosas.
Keema samosas are ready. Eat it with lemon or salad.
