Kadi Pakoda Recipe

Necessary ingredients :

For pakoda-

  • Gram flour – 250 grams,
  • Cauliflower – 50 grams,
  • Potato- 50 grams,
  • Onion- 50 grams,
  • Spinach – 50 grams,
  • Green chillies – 02 nos (finely chopped),
  • Garlic – 4-5 bud (finely chopped),
  • Ginger_Ginger – 01 inch piece (grated),
  • Coriander Powder – 01 teaspoons,
  • Fennel  – 01 Tbsp,
  • Oregano  – 1/4 teaspoon,
  • Oil –  for frying,
  • Salt –  according to taste

To make Kadi-

  • Gram flour – 50 grams,
  • Green chillies – 02 nos,
  • Red chillies – 02 nos,
  • Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoons,
  • Mustard seeds – 1/2 teaspoon,
  • Fennel – 1/2 teaspoon,
  • Green coriander leaves  – 01 tbsp (chopped),
  • Curry leaves  – 6-7 nos,
  • Garam Masala  powder – 1/4 teaspoon,
  • Black salt  – 1/4 teaspoon,
  • Fresh cream – 01 tbsp,
  • Salt – Salt – according to taste

Kadi Pakoda Recipe

For Kadi Pakora Recipe , first wash all the vegetables thoroughly, then cut them small. After this, add gram flour, all the spices and essential quantity of water in the chopped vegetables and prepare pakoda solution.

After that put oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil is heated, add a little bit of gram flour and fry the small rounded pakoda. Put fried pakoda in a vessel.

Now take a sliced slurry with the help of water in a bowl with curd besan. After this, put the country ghee in a second embroidery and heat it. If the ghee is hot, add cumin, mustard, fennel to the pan. Now put dry red chilli and curry leaves in ghee and take a little bit of it.

After this, pour roasted gram flour in the pan and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. After this, add pomegranates in kadhi and cook for 15 minutes. After that turn off the gas.

Take, the recipe for making your kadhi pakora complete. Now your  Rajasthani Kadhi Pakoda is ready. Just before serving, add fresh cream and roast green coriander and serve it.
