  • Leaf cabbage – 1 medium size (grated)
  • Carrot – 1 medium size (grated)

  • Green Chilli – 2 (Finely Chopped)
  • Salt – according to taste
  • Green coriander – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 2 pinch
  • Cornflour – 3-4 tablespoon
  • Oil – Vegetables for frying Manchurian

Manchurian Sauce – Ingredients for Making Manchurian Sauce

  • Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Green Chillies – 2-3 (Finely Chopped)
  • Green coriander – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
  • Ginger – 1 – 2 inch long (grated)
  • Cornflour – 2-3 tablespoons
  • Tomato SaaS – 2 tablespoons
  • Chili Saas – 1 small spoon
  • Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Stock – 1 cup
  • Salt – according to taste
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Vinager – 1 teaspoon

 

Method of Making – How to Make Mixed Vegetables Manchurian

  • Put 1 to 1.5 cup water in a pan and keep it for boiling. Now boil all grilled vegetables in it 3-4 minutes. Careful vegetables should not be too soft. As soon as the boiled vegetables cool down, keep the water out of them to make Vegetable stock ie Manchurian Sauce
  • Add chopped green chillies and coriander, black pepper, soya sauce, cornflower, and salt to the boiled vegetables and mix well. Now add a little mixture to the mixture and make small balls and keep them in a plate.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and heat only after adding hot water to it. If it breaks into oil and splits it, then add a little cornflower to the mixture of Manchurian and make small balls again. Now, place these balls on a separate plate.

 

After fry the manchurianas, we will now make its spicy sauce.

Sauce-Preparation for Veg Manchurian

 

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. When heated, add finely chopped ginger and green chillies and fry it, and now add Soya Sauce, Tomato Sauce and fry a little spice.
  • Now mix the corn starch in the vegetable stack, mix it well and add the chilli sauce, soy sauce, green coriander, salt, sugar, vinegar and ajinoomoto after it comes to boil. After boiling in the Manchurian Sauce, let it cook a bit. Now add Manchurian balls and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Indo-Chinese Veg Manchurian is ready now. Eat yourself and feed others too.
