How to make Dry Cauliflower Manchurian

You must have eaten Manchurian a lot by going to a restaurant but, today we are going to make Cabbage Manchurian. Perhaps you have heard the name of this recipe somewhere, but now you too can make and eat Gobi manchurian with this method . If you eat Manchurian of cabbage once, then you will always feel like eating. 

It is very easy to make and  gets ready by making fun ” Gobi Manchurian” in a short time . By the way, cabbage is like Manchurian Gobi fry – Gobi 65 in the food, just add spice to it. So let’s quickly find out the “Cabbage Manchurian Method”. Dry Cauliflower Manchurian with step by step. 

  Essential Ingredients of  Gobi Manchurian

Cauliflower 250 grams 
All purpose flour 
Maize flour a bowl 
Garam Masala 1 teaspoon 
Soy sauce a spoon 
Tomato Sauce 1 teaspoon  
Coriander little bit
Red Chili Sauce One Teaspoon 
Oil 500 grams 
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon 
Green onion one cup 
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon 
1 onion chopped 

Easy way to make cauliflower Manchurian 

 Gobi manchurian – To  make Gobi Manchurian, first cut the cauliflower into small pieces (the size you want). Now take a separate bowl and add maida, maize flour, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and make a batter by adding water as per the need. 

Now wash the cabbage and mix it in the batter. Now heat oil in a pan, and then fry the cauliflower one by one in the hot oil. The cauliflower has to be fried for 2 minutes, during this time, the color of cabbage is also good. Gobi is fried, now Gobi manchurian prepares gravy of Gobi Manchurian. 
Now heat oil in another pan and add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Then add chopped onion and cook till it becomes slightly soft, when the onion becomes soft then add soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato sauce and cook on medium flame for 1 minute. 

After the time, add one teaspoon of maize flour and add water, salt as per need and fry till the gravy becomes thick. We need the  Gobi manchurian  gravy thick, cook it for 1 minute. 
Now put the fried cabbage in this gravy and cook the cabbage for 1 minute while adding it to the spices. Now add green coriander and green onion and cook on low heat for 1 minute. Now turn off the gas and drain it in the serving vessel. Gobi manchurian  cabbage Manchurian is ready to be served and eaten in your family and children.
