Fish Frying Method

Necessary ingredients :

  • Boneless fish – 500 grams,
  • Lemon juice – 01 teaspoons,
  • Dry bread crumb- a little bit.

For Marination – Egg_ – 01 (whiteness only),

  • Ginger paste – 01 tbsp,
  • Red Chilli Powder  – 1/2 Tablespoon,
  • Tomato ketchup  – 01 teaspoons,
  • Green Coriander leaf- 01 teaspoons (chopped),
  • Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon (fresh hammock),
  • Salt  – 1/2 teaspoon

For Tartor Sauce-

  • Mayonnaise  – 1/2 cup,
  • Brown vinegar – 1/4 cups,
  • Cucumber – 01 tbsp (finely chopped),
  • Onion  – 01 tbsp (finely chopped)

Fish Frying Method:

For the Bengali Fish Fry Recipe , take lemon juice and salt well on most fish and keep it for ten minutes. After that wash the fish. After washing, put them on the cloth and let it dry.
